Terms of enrolment

Last updated 18 August 2026

Acceptance

These terms apply when you request a seat, accept an invoice, or use this website to correspond with Network Packethub. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse a seat when the room would be a poor fit, including where SQL or instrumentation experience is below the level stated on the programme page.

This website does not take payment. A contract for a programme begins when we send a written confirmation and invoice to the email you gave us, and you pay that invoice in accordance with its due date. Until then, listings and fees are informational.

Programmes and conduct

Seminars are taught in English on UK time. You must not share login links, recordings, or another participant’s redacted schema. Live critique assumes good faith redaction; we may exclude material that appears to contain personal data of your customers. We do not sign NDAs for group seminars.

Recordings, worksheets, and marked memos are licensed to the enrolled individual for their own professional use. They are not a licence to teach the material commercially or to copy it into a public course.

Intellectual property

Network Packethub owns the studio method, slide-less teaching notes, worksheets, and the text of this site. You retain ownership of your product, your event catalogue, and any memo you write about your own tracker. By submitting a redacted schema you grant us a limited licence to display it in the seminar for teaching, and to retain a marked copy for assessment until 18 months after the cohort ends.

You must not scrape, republish, or train a model on our journal essays or syllabus text without written consent. Short quotation for a genuine review is allowed.

Liability

Programmes are education. They are not analytics implementation, legal advice, or a warranty that a vendor project, retention curve, or experiment will move. We do not log into production trackers. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect loss arising from your use of the teaching.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our aggregate liability for a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

Website use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for unauthorised access, or submit automated messages through the contact form. We may keep server logs needed to operate the site. Cookie use is described in the cookie record.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer habitually resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts. Network Packethub operates from 49 Princes Street; Rodmersham; ME9 5QT; United Kingdom.
