Data controller
Network Packethub is the controller of personal data described here. Postal address: 49 Princes Street; Rodmersham; ME9 5QT; United Kingdom. Email: info@network-packethub.digital. Telephone: 078 2648 5580. We are established in the United Kingdom and apply UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect and why
Correspondence: name, email, optional topic, and the message you send through the contact form or by email. We use this to reply, to decide whether a programme is a fit, and to invoice if you enrol. Legal basis: legitimate interests in running a teaching studio, and contract once you accept an invoice.
Enrolment: billing name, organisation, VAT number if supplied, programme chosen, and attendance notes. We keep marked memos and redacted schemas you submit for teaching and assessment. Legal basis: contract, and legitimate interests in maintaining academic records of the cohort.
This website’s contact form posts to a static mock endpoint for demonstration; do not send special-category data or customer personal data from your products. If you attach a schema, redact it first.
Retention
Unanswered marketing-style enquiries are deleted after 18 months. Invoices and payment records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year to meet UK tax rules. Marked studio work is kept for 18 months after the cohort, then deleted unless you ask us to return a copy sooner. Server logs, if any, are rotated within 90 days.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may ask for a portable copy of data you provided. You may withdraw consent where we relied on it (for example optional analytics cookies — see the cookie record). These rights are not absolute; invoices may need to be kept. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
International transfers
We prefer processors in the United Kingdom. Where a processor stores data in the European Economic Area we rely on the UK’s adequacy regulations. Where a processor is in the United States or another third country, we use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, and we look at the technical measures (encryption, access control) before we send anything. We will not upload your redacted schema to a public model.
Sharing
We share data with an accountant, a video-link provider for seminars, and an email host, each under a contract. We do not sell lists. We may disclose data if required by a UK court or regulator. Cookies and similar tech are described separately.
